Sipping on some @thebullockdistillery 3 year rye on this fine Fryeday evening! 🥳

I grabbed this bottle a couple weeks ago and I’m really into it. It’s Bullock’s second expression of rye (their first being a 2 year). The nose is very grain forward, with hints of fruit here and there. The palate is “juicy” and feels fantastic while it lasts, but feels a little thin. That’s fine by me though, because the finish is what I’m here for: peppery and spicy, it keeps a tingle for quite a few minutes after a sip!

All in all, it’s a great bottle and I’m really looking forward to trying their bourbon once it’s available. Make sure to support your local distilleries people!
